I was contacted from HR department regarding the conform for whether I am interested to switch over my job or not. After conforming HR person given all details about the product and job description of the engineer - quality assurance; then asked about all the details regarding my educational background, family background, working profile & future planning. After that HR person send all the details for further approval to Head - Quality Assurance; ones got approval from Head - Quality Assurance department HR person contacted me regarding the finalisation of date for telephonic interview; conducted telephonic interview by a technical person and varify the all the details regarding the my working profile, my interest to work, education, family & future planning; duration for same is around 30-45 min. After passed from telephonic interview again conducted by HR person regarding the finalisation of date for personal interview and remind a day before to conformation regaring attend interview. Conducted group/panel interview on scheduled date and time and asked all details regading the working profile, educational details, family background & future planning; also asked in details to reason for switch over job and achievements in the previous job & present & expected salary package. Interview panel includes head quality assurance, head engineering, business unit head & HR coordinator. All the persons are nice and interview held with very friendly. After cleared personal interview contacted HR person conducted me regarding the salary package and date of joining.

It's a simple process 1st round -2 persons took an interview through VC and they satsisfied post this one more higher person interviewed and satisfied on my interview answers and HR Interview also happened .
