I had a phone interview for about 60 mins. the interview went into my background on what I did on my previous project. the interviewer also asked how I would set up the project for success.

My impression of the interview was that the interviewer lacked the necessary experience to assess my qualifications for the manager role. The questions did not cover all the aspects of the role's responsibility, such as team building, coaching, and strategic planning.
