The Panel interview was online, with two current employees of the company. The process was very smooth and easy to use. Amazon kept me updated in the build up to the interview and provided me with support by the means of a preparation call, and the leadership principles we would be questioned on.

It was CV screening then numerical and logical reasoning test followed by a couple of interviews, all based on amazon leadership principles, they have 16 principles and they asked 4-6 questions in total, every question covered one principle
