First, 1 or 2 phone interviews, and a Kenexa test. Then 3 to 5 in-house (or VC) interviews, with different people. Usually, the hiring manager and another person from your team, a HR recruiter and an employee from a different team.

Technical skills is also something the interviewers always look for (Excel, SQL...). Be prepared on everything written on your resume.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
