I met with one current and one former Area Manager. Both interviews were quite relaxed but they will definitely like to see how you align with their company goals and values. They were very quick in sending me the interview request as well as the job offer.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
