The interview process was 4 hour loop round, they were mostly looking for answers in STAR format and focused more on results. 1 round - QAE stratergies 2 round - Process improvements 3 round - Coding questions 4 round - Hr questions

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA). Received assessment link, passed the assessment process, and received confirmation email about the next stage, which is phone screening. Provided dates and time frames for phone screening, and three days later, received an email from the recruiter that the time frames are not Okay because interviewers from India, have no idea why interviewers from India are working with candidates for a Seattle position. Long story short, they kept rescheduling my phone screening week over week for a total of almost 4 weeks, despite my last three weeks containing a time frame starting at 8:00 am and ending at 03.00 am (yup night time). And this week, after writing a follow-up to them, I received an answer that the position was already filled, along with some stupid smile emojis in the email.
