Contact was initially made through Email and test on technical topics. The test was a little difficult as I was not working on the subject then but anyone working on it should be able to answer without any issues.
There was a phone call, video interview and a site tour. The phone call was general screening, mostly to get to know you. Interview called on experience and why you wanted to work there. The site visit was to see if you felt comfortable working in the environment.

Un colloquio abbastanza normale. Tutto bene. Non siamo andati d'accordo ma ok. Niente da segnalare, l'unica cosa il lungo processo di selezione. bene bene bene bene bene bene bene bene bene
