group orientation over the phone and using the internet to conduct meeting. Session consisted of going over the work expectations and requirements. More of an orientation than interview. None of the participants were required to speak.

No questions were asked. all in attendance were told due to outstanding work experience and resume, no individual inteview was required.
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.

My interview experience was positive and insightful. The interviewer was friendly and asked relevant questions. I felt confident, learned new things, and improved my communication and problem-solving skills during the process.
