A little slow, but understood due to the background checking and drug testing . There are a lot of people applying to Amazon so that can slow the process down to. But to be honest, I'm glade it took that long, simply because I landed the right job, at the right time and in the right location

No personal interview and easy process just received an offer letter a few weeks after applying and do background check and drug test and get hired. It is pretty much simple process but just be prepared to stand for long hours.
Easy, swift. There was a very long line but it consistently moved. I was able to get through within an hr. You have to keep returning for background checks and drug testing then you get a start day.
