Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Amazon em nov. de 2016
Entrevista
I had 3 separate interviews. In the first interview they asked more about my interpersonal skills such as how you work under pressure and such. They are looking to make sure you understand and know the Amazon Leadership Principles. Incorporating them into your answers indirectly would help. The second interview was explaining your portfolio pieces. They do counter-argue certain design choices you made and they want to know why you choose a certain side bar style, etc. Make sure you know your project inside out, especially if it's a project you did a while ago. Talk about take-a-aways and what you would do differently. Third interview was a design challenge (45 mins to explain your process).

Employer scheduled me a phone call with me to ask about my general knowledge with cognitive science and my experience in design. and then didn’t invite me for the interview process or give me any follow up information

Entrevista
First there was an online workstyle assessment.
Once you pass that, you'll have a 1 on 1 Interview going over your portfolio and behavioral questions.
Finally it's time for the loop. For me this consisted of a case study presentation, whiteboarding exercise, and 5 interviews focused on behavioral questions.
