4 interviews back to back. The interviewers were from different departments and had different experience levels. Some were very casual and others were a little more aggressive in their approach. Overall the interview process was smooth and efficient. Mostly done online through Chime.

Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.

Entrevista
Recruiter screening followed by an interview loop. All behavioural questions. The interview loop consists of four back-to-back interviews that take like 4-5 hours; it's mostly conversations surrounding LPs. Give quantifiable figures in your stories and use STAR method to answer questions.
