There was 4 rounds1.Jam round where we have to speak on a random topic for 1 minuet
2nd round onwards everything was online
2) first there will be 25 fill in the blank questions we'll have to answer each question in 25 sec, after that a small para will be shown for 30 sec we have to reconstruct it and type it with in 90sec, 4 questions like this and last email writing, a scenario will be given and we have to write an email
3.Character and cultural
4.Customer support (you will have to listen to the conversation between csa and customer and you have to select a right answer for that scenario)

Entrevista
The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
