Very detailed behavioural questions are asked about the Leadership Principles. You really need to remember the details of the experience you are talking about. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, who was very kind, however was driving during the interview and this was very distracting for me. Because of this it was a negative experience for me.
Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.
