You get passed that and you'll have a one on one phone interview with an actual SA. Don't sleep on this portion as this is more of a test than an interview. The interviewer will quiz you, however, thankfully, 90% of the questions they'll ask are here. Brush up on your OSI Layers and you DB knowledge and that should be enough to get you past round 1. They'll be no mention of your history as that they're looking for what you know and not where you've been. All and all it wasn't bad, just a very knowledge intensive interview.
