Emailed back and forth with the Recruiting Coordinator and scheduled a video interview. The interview lasted 50 minutes with the hiring manager where I was asked a number of behavioral questions and about previous work experiences. I was told I would be informed within 2 days. When I sent forward my thank-you email the Recruiting Coordinator was on vacation for the rest of the week and I didn’t hear back from anyone. A week later I received an automated message that I was no longer being considered for the position.

I have applied to the job in April 2021, received work style online assessments afterwards. Then my recruiter scheduled the first phone screen with the RC Lead, which I passed and was scheduled for a loop interview with different team members spread across Luxembourg, London and Settle. Total of 5 interviews, one hour each. Very strong focus on the 14 Leadership principle from the start of the process. the interviews were really friendly and nice. You could join the virtual prep lounge as well if you have any questions regarding the interview process. Focus on your role in the scenario and use the STAR method to structure your answers. Try not to repeat the scenario with different interviewers, and if you had to use " I have just used this example with X, but I think it is relevant here as well because ....."
