Study their 14 leadership principles. Depending on your role, the questions that are asked are about thier leadership principles.
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
