Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Amazon (New York, NY) em abr. de 2020
Entrevista
Had a 45 minute phone interview with a hiring manager. The hiring manager gave me a bit of his background, gave a brief overview of the role, asked me, "why Amazon?", and then asked me to take him through my work experience. He had no questions while I discussed my experience. All of this left us with one minute to spare where I was able to ask one question. He said he had a hard stop at the end and told me I could reach out to the recruiter if I had anymore questions just as their interview website suggests.
Found out late the next day that they're going with another candidate. The hiring manager seemed nice though and wasn't trying to throw me off at all which I appreciate. The 2 recruiters I worked with along the way were helpful as well.

Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon

They asked me about my experience in dealing with big data (1M+ rows)
typical interview process, HR call, HM, and then loop interview of 5 rounds.
HR screen was straight forward. HM interview was focused on my background and a bit of LP questions. Loop interviews were 95% LP questions and 5% random excel questions.
