The whole process was quite unclear. The recruiters were not helpful when asking clarifying questions. Received an email saying I was no longer considered only to receive another email requesting my availability to setup interviews. Once the interview process was done never received an outcome.

Tell me a time when you did not agree with a decision that was made? What did you do? What was the decision?
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
