I applied through a recruiter. The process took 15 days and due to Covid-19 situation everything was organised online though Amazon Chime . I interviewed at Amazon Bangalore in May 2020. Interview The interview process is pretty straight forward. You will have total of 5 rounds along with 1 initial screening round. Screening round - The interviewer asked me to solve coding questions based on DS algo and Core Java concepts. Don't worry about the exact solution. but the approach should be clear and bring optimised solution. If they found your approach good and optimised they will shortlist Rest 5 Interview round will be based from coding questions (any language you are comfortable with), automation scripting, test data generation, test case enumeration, test plan round, debugging, leadership and problem solving and behavioural questions. In the coding round the interviewer will present you some coding questions on DS and Algorithms and will ask you to come up with efficient solutions. Duration of each round would be approx 1 hour. Key point to succeed in all the rounds is just don't give up on the problem, put efforts in coming up with different optimised solutions.

Ancient- the way the entire interview was handled, the questions asked, and the conversations reminded me of applying for an associate-level position. The interviewer went on to say, "Try to break the code, that's what QA is supposed to do." I agree that it is part of the job, not the entire job.
