There were 2 consecutive interviews for the area manager internship position. Both of the interviews asked basic personality and leadership questions, the interviewers were very friendly and both interviews were about 15 minutes long.

Started with an online questionnaire. If you pass that you'll get an email saying you received an interview. I received the email the next day saying I got an interview. I had to then fill out a survey deciding on location and a good time to have an interview. The interview time took 3 hours to complete.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
