Submitted my resume to aws jobs, contacted three weeks later. Scheduled a call with the recruiter, During the first interview the recruiter arrived 20minutes later to the call and did not apologize for being late, he then read a script about aws and position. He scheduled a call later. Did not provide any preparation material. Got a phone interview, answered 95% of the technical questions, only 2 behaviorals. The interviewer was respectful but seriously boring and not interested at all, the attitude was " I'm wasting my time doing this interview", he did not read my resume. I thought a did well but got a templated rejection email. Overall it was a mediocre experience. Answering all of the technical questions and behavioral questions is not enough for passing this. I believe your "race" or not being a native English speaker can get you disqualified from the process. 1 day later I got a template rejection email.
