Erst Telefoninterview, danach 6h Vorstellungsgespräch und kurze Tour durchs Büro. Für meine Vorstellungen ein bisschen zu viel des Guten für die Stelle als EA. Ich verstehe den Gedanken dahinter, aber die Umsetzung ist einfach nicht sinnvoll. Danach gab es weder eine Ab- noch Zusage. Der ganze Aufwand um noch nicht mal wenigstens abzusagen.

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
