3 staged interview process, group test, aptitude test, and one on one hiring manager interview. The aptitude test was average difficulty. Hiring Manager one on one interview had some technical questions that tests our caliber to the position. Group assessment is only to test your personality and ability to work in a team.

The interview process was good overall and the interviewers were professional and supportive. There were multiple rounds including communication, logical thinking, and process-related questions. Some questions were a little challenging, especially situation-based questions, but the overall experience was positive. They mainly checked problem-solving skills, communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
