Odd experience. Recruiter interview, phone interview, then video with 5 HR and Ops people called loop interviews. During loop, no one looks you in the eye. Stare at computer screen the entire time. Ask Qs unrelated to the job to see if you align with Leadership Principles. If you are over 50, don't bother. Amazon is looking for 25-35 yr olds to mold into their ’culture’ - my interpretation of the experience. Good interview prep experience before applying at a company who values the individual versus culture.
