Terrible, low quality.
I think the main idea is to test for leadership but the interviews just leave the candidate with a sense of confusion. I didn't think the process would be like it was but it ended up being a bit better than the original for sure.

It was technical questions and tech test where you had to solve a coding challenges. Coding challenge was pseudo code and it was more important to find how to work it out.
It was excellent opportunity to have a good interview and the interviewer also good and kind. If I don’t have the other interview, I proceed to next step. Very very nice company and I would like to work at
