Most disappointing experience.
I could not understand the interviewer and asked repeatedly for the question to be repeated but her english was not great. She clearly did not listen to, or understand anything i was saying because after every answer i gave ,she would reply "okay that's great, amazing" with no questions or interest like a robot. Based on the structure of the interview, i did not get a good feel for the company.
Applied via Linkedin, the process is as follows:
- 1 hour interview with a recruiter on Amazon Leadership principles
- 1 hour interview with a hiring manager on competency and technical skills
- Final 4 hour interview?!!?

The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
