Had 2 rounds of phone screening. 1st sad system design interview and 2nd one was behavioural based on my past experiences. I cleared both and was invited for the loop interview. I had to do a written assignment before my loop round which is standard 2 questions available on internet. Out of the 5 rounds in loop interview , one was system design and rest all 4 were behavioural . I did prepare all my stories very well and presented them in front of the interviewers. ( 2 weeks preparation time). After 3 days I got a call from their Hr saying that I did not match the bar. I cannot reapply for next 1 yr as they feel I might not have any new stories to share with them. Now when I look back this entire process feels so stupid to me. My core strengths are technology and its execution and nowhere in the rounds (except system design) I was asked questions related to technical competencies.

The interview process was a standard faang process. I also had to do a writing assignment. The recruiter did a good job of setting expectations. The interview followed the leadership principles well.
