I was given an online assessment that tested both behavioral and technical capacity. Since I passed that, I was invited for a phone interview where I was asked detailed troubleshooting questions in Linux and Networking
The recruiter called first for 30 mins analysis of background and profile review. Next they scheduled a technical phone call for approx 30-40 minutes .they only want to assess if you are able to handle the basic network and computer troubleshooting issues with the client.
