Entrevista
The interview process is very easy if you have a good command on English. It consists of an online assessment on your written and verbal English skills. There is no in person or telephonic interview, you just have to sit in a quiet room and complete the assessment. If you pass the current round, then you will be presented with the next round. There are 4 rounds in total. Then you just have to wait for an email from their team to hear what happened. It may take a little longer.

Entrevista
Very easy, interviewer just asked me a very basic information. She never asked me technical questions though. Just asking me if I'm flexible when it comes to schedules. The interview only lasts 5-10 minutes, after that I received a job offer from them and complied my documents.

Entrevista
It's long time talking and based on many aspects of work so be prepared for that also practice customer associate role before that will be better. Then they also included difference situation some has to be replied based on text and other voice based
It was smooth and easy. You can crack it easily if you got good communication skills. There were 3 rounds of the interview, First one was the introduction round and english fluency checking round, Second one was the assessment round and Lastly, It was an interview round with the HR.
