Amazon saw my resume and contacted me. HR person was very professional and easy to work with.
Interview was quasi-technical. The interviewer walked me through scoping a new business for Amazon.
Honestly, I wasn't too impressed with the interviewer and thought I did well. But apparently that was not the case.

Final round - 5 interviews with writing assessment; each round covers around 3 leadership principles; all interviews are behavioral

Entrevista
Phone interview followed by in person day of interviews. Everyone was very friendly and range of technical, behavioral and product questions. Could tell who the bar raiser was who asked a design question around building an app.
