Applied on 10/13 I had a technical phone screening a week later. The call was an hour long, and was straight Linux, Networking, Mac, and Windows questions. Video was not turned on for this call. I received an email a few days later stating that I had passed the technical screening and to be on the lookout for next steps. On Nov 9, I received an email saying that I would have a 4 hour interview with 4 diff people. 3 IT Support Managers and 1 IT Support Engineer The interview went smoothly. The first two were on video, the last two weren't due to camera issues on their end. Be prepared for ANY TYPE of amazon leadership question and make sure you do STAR format with your responses. I studied by creating note cards, youtube, reddit, anything you could think of. Do mock interviews!
