Just a quick informal chat about your physically competency, general questions about your best traits and worst negative traits, usually only 15 mins or so very informal afterwards they usually offer you the job on the spot and talk about your first day
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.

Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
