I went through multiple phone interviews for the course of 3 months before I was scheduled for the actual face to face interview. The face to face interview consisted of 4 separate 45 minute interviews with 2 senior operational manager, human resources, and the general manager. The 4 interviews fell in the following categories:

Leadership
Operational
Overall whole person concept

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
