first round will be a verbal ability test and followed by arithmetic test. after completion of this, with in two to three weeks we will be short listed for face to face interview.

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
