1 phone screen and one interview with senior manager, Takes weeks to start but fairly easy and you may know right away if you qualify for the position. Before the interview there is a test, that one is hard.
There’s two interviews one with a senior tech and one with the area manager. Questions asked are based on their principles and wanting answered in star format. They only ask two questions per interview.

Leadership principal based pre set question bank, very little technical probing. Looking for STAR format, follow ups tend to be aimed at lessons learned or knowledge sharing. Probably 3/4 questions in total, the interviewer was a manager.
