1. Screening interview with recruiter (~20 min): Initial check of interest and explanation of the vacancy.
2. Interview with HR. Go throught experience and motivation.
3. Interview with someone close to the job vacancy. Question about examples connected to Amazon Leadership Principles.
4. Panel interviews. 4-5 interviews with different roles typically connected to the job vacancy. Questions about examples connected to Amazon Leadership Principles.
Depending on the job an analytical test or other practical exercise (ie. written exercise) might be requested.

For manager and above, once the recruitment team identifies a candidate, they are scheduled for interviews. Apart from a phone round, folks will typically go through 4-6 rounds of additional interview. Entrevista
Long and drawn out, about 10 weeks from initial recruiter call to loop. Finally I was flown out to Atlanta, GA for a loop of 4 interviewers and a tour of the DC in total a 5 hour day.

Interview loop with 7 interviews. Some are for soft skills and managerial capabilities, and other more technical with a use case to handle. You need also to send a writing exercise.
