The interview process is relatively easy with Amazon. I interviewed with three people one right after another. They put a heavy emphasis on using the STAR method while interviewing. Have a list of different stories and experience to share with them, they also used behavioral questions to start off the interviews.

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.
