The interview process was well managed and smooth. Assessment -->Phone Screen-->Writing Assessment-->Final Interview Loop with 5 people from different teams. Some questions were more challenging than others. Interviewers were professional and warm. The interview focuses heavily on how well you can align your experience with the Amazon Leadership Principles, how you handle negative situations and how well you know the skill set for which you're being interviewed. No gotcha questions. Know your resume to the GROUND. Know their Leadership Principles to the GROUND. Communicate clearly in the STAR format and you should do well.
