It was a pretty thorough interview process and it was mostly based on leadership principles. Once you have a good grasp of it, you’re good to go.
My HM and one of the team members were extremely nice and actually helped me do well during my interview by asking me a lot of follow up questions.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
