Entrevista
2 telephone interviews, followed by a single onsite day with 5 interviewers consecutively. Each interviewer focused on different functional areas of the job, and different cultural aspects that the company values. I was in one location and the interviewers came to me, one by one. There was some overlap in the questions and answers; I tried to give new situations to similar questions so they would have multiple datapoints for their review of my candidacy.

This was for a contract position. I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter, then was setup with and interview quick with the AWS team, It was just 1 step, 30 minute interview with Senior Recruiter. just 1 zoom call, got the offer the following week and started 3 weeks after that.

At onset, was referred to an open role, applied and was selected for an initial screen from a recruiter. Had heard the interview process was difficult and needed to be prepared. Really need to understand the culture and core competencies of Amazon.
