Multiple of my interviewers were late to the interviews which made me think they didn't respect my time. More over, there was a mix-up on the job description I applied for versus what I was being interviewed for.

Initial discussion with a recruiter, a follow on interview prep discussion with a different recruiter, and then a first round technical interview. I didn't advance beyond this first round so I don't know what would have happened next.

Standard Amazon Loop. 5 Interviews with different individuals from related teams and a Bar Raiser. Interviews were focused on situations the interviewee had been in previously. They wanted data and specifics. Having worked for Amazon in the past and interviewed for them, they have increased the barrier to entry and have lowered pay. I would expect this to have negative outcomes in the near future.

Total 8 interviews plus written assessment. First HR interview to screen for basic suitability, then hiring manager to check fit for role. Finally, virtual panel of 6 interviews over 2 days with range of colleagues and stakeholders. All questions nominally based on Amazon leadership principles.
