1st was reached out by the recruiter to set up the interview. 1st interview with a Technical program manager. Next was full round of interviews with 5 people for 5 hours in one day. About a week later received response.

A lot of situational questions. Do your homework and be prepared. Look up sites with list of situational questions. They will drill down to the details of each situation to see how you managed the situation. Ask questions about the question to understand better what the interviewer is looking for,

They use the STAR method or variations to answer with the situation, the challenge you faced, then the actions you take, and the result. If you don't use that format, you will not get positive feedback from the interviewer.

Recruiter screening friendly. Consistently great experiences with recruiters. Got HM interview but HM didn't do the interview. Guy who did lacked the background to assess my background in AI/ML. Amazon is now kicking people out of ATS for 6 months for related roles if you don't progress.
