The best thing about it is that there wasn't an interview process. You either hack it at their breakneck packaging rate or you quit or you are let go after their document process has run its course.
In my opinion, their method of calculating rate is subject to being gamed and the amazonjitsu you have to be adept at to get the products boxed to hit rate can be aided or hampered due to environmental and physiological nuissance variables as it relates to the design of packing stations and throughput just as much as it relates to conscious effort. Half-seconds count in large amounts.

They ask the usual questions on a job application, but they do not bother with an interview. They go straight from the job application, to bringing you in for a tour of the facility where you bring proof of education, they administer a drug test orally, then you leave with job offer letter in hand.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
