3 rounds of interviews. Amazon interviews are not typical job interview questions that will be used. There isn't really a way to "prepare" as the questions and situations used are often very "out of the box." Just answer honestly and try not to think to hard about the question.

Q: Tell us about a time that you went against your management's recommendations and why? What was the outcome?
Phone screen for about thirty minutes. Asked mostly behavioral questions and situational information. Described the role and gave details on the specifics of the job. Didn't get deep into the experience side but asked general questions about experience and qualifications
Everyone was very nice. It was a three step process but I only made it to the second one because I wasnt really prepared, they made A LOT of behavioral questions which I didnt expected to be honest.
