Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter who interviewed me.
She rejected me in an email then a few days later I received an invitation "we are excited to speak to you".
I asked for some clarification from the recruiter but never received a reply.
What happened with the 14 leadership principles of Amazon here?
Nevertheless, I accepted the interview.
The interviewer kept interrupting and interrogating me and when I questioned him about this behaviour the answer was simply "I want to understand".
Using the Amazon brand to justify such treatment of a potential colleague is unacceptable.
The whole process was very one sided, I hardly had any time to ask questions.
And whatever I asked he did not understand.
It shows me a robotic mindset who cannot think outside the box.
A very cold, ineffective way of assessing the potential of a candidate.
It completely lacked the humanity that makes me wonder if you want to work with such people.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
