It was a 30 mins phone interview in the afternoon. I answered 4 questions about my work experience and related to the leadership principles.
They will give you some leadership principles to read in advance. The call happened about a week or 10 days after I received the email with leadership principles.

What challenge you have faced and what’s your solution towards it?
Il processo di selezione è iniziato con uno screening con un recruiter HR, focalizzato su esperienza, motivazione e fit con il ruolo. Successivamente ho sostenuto un colloquio con due diversi manager, durante il quale sono state poste domande comportamentali, richiedendo l’utilizzo della metodologia STAR per strutturare le risposte. Le domande erano orientate a esperienze pratiche e gestione di situazioni reali.

Mi è stato chiesto di descrivere una situazione in cui ho migliorato un processo nella mia precedente esperienza lavorativa, utilizzando la metodologia STAR.
Un’altra domanda riguardava la gestione di una situazione complessa con un fornitore e come ho affrontato e risolto il problema.
The whole process was quite smooth. First hr screening, then several interviews with team and my future colleagues. Eventually with the manager, who was very supportive and gave me plenty of tips
