The interview was pretty straightforward. They test you on leadership principles and encourage using STAR method. I had back to back 2 individual interviews and you get decision within 5 business days.
If you study the principles and have a "story" from experience for each of the principles using STAR method then you will do great! You are not competing with other candidates so just have to pass the interview to get a spot.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
