Typical behavioral questions that you can find on the internet… “tell me about a time when…” What’s frustrating is that if you make it to the loop round of interviews and don’t get the job, you will not be interviewed for other, similar roles, even if you’re just as qualified for them and they might be a better fit. A few more roles came up and I had an immediate phone interview with HR for one and when she went to schedule the next round she said she couldn’t and I had to wait a year before I could apply again. You’d think Amazon would consider someone they just spent several days and hours talking to for another role, rather than making them wait a year to apply again. Amazon is all about efficiency and that isn’t very efficient.
