They really look for behavioural based answers and particularly like the S.T.A.R. method. Backing up your S.T.A.R. answers with qualities they list in their Amazon Leadership Principles is helpful.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. It started with an initial conversation with the recruiter to discuss my background, experience, and interest in the role. After that, I had a conversation with the hiring manager, where we went deeper into my previous experience, how I approach client relationships, campaign performance, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
