5 interviews over two days, focused on different leadership principles - behavioral interviews where questions are asked to provide a specific example from the past. Interview is difficult in the sense that you have to prepare - I recommend listing all leadership principles and writing 2-3 examples from your work and life on each one of them, so that you are ready with an example to every question

Very intense process to get to the interview stage; the number of tollgates to pass through was overwhelming. At interview, the people I spoke to were great but the role was, at that time, not clearly defined and seemed likely to lead to unclear expectations.

Entrevista
Had 9 interviews and got a NO from them in the end. All interviews focus on behavioural questions and require maximum preparation.
Scheduling 4 interview with 4 different persons in one day is exhausting.
Too many persons involved in the process. The pannelist were only interested on Amazon Principles and seem very impersonal. Overall a stressful process.
